Introducing…the Kerners!!  I LOVE these two!  They are so deeply in love and it showed all day long.  This gorgeous summer wedding was so fun to be a part of.  Richard and McKenzie are a blast, love each other, and love a good party!  One of my favorite moments from the day was when McKenzie was walking down the aisle towards Richard.  He completely lost it at the sight of his stunning bride and his best man reached over and put a hand on Richard’s shoulder, also tearing up.  It was such an emotional, sweet moment and it reminded me why I love photographing weddings much!

The Kerners were married on August 29th at Oklahoma Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  It was a sweltering summer day, but thankfully there was a slight breeze to help keep us somewhat cool!  There were touches of dusty blue and dark green all throughout the venue and the blue bouquets popped against the green bridesmaids dresses.  They had an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful courtyard of the museum, followed by the dreamiest sunset portraits on the front steps.  We ended the day with good food, good drinks, and good music!  McKenzie is a former Oklahoma City Thunder Girl, so her and several of her Thunder Girl friends performed a dance during the reception and it was AMAZING!!  McKenzie also had a dress change during the reception before more dancing and a beautiful sparkler exit on the grant staircase.

It was an incredible day to be a part of!  Congratulations, Kerners!
